About the Role

You must have a clear and proven understanding of UI design for Mobile-First — this is non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

  • Design engaging, mobile-first interfaces across web and app platforms using Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, development, and creative teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems that balance consistency, performance, and innovation.
  • Combine creativity with conversion — crafting experiences that move people and drive measurable results.
  • Translate creative direction into pixel-perfect execution while ensuring accessibility and usability.
  • Manage multiple projects, feedback cycles, and deadlines with focus, flexibility, and composure.
  • Contribute breakthrough ideas that push the brand forward and challenge what’s expected.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI or digital product design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design expertise and mastery of Figma.
  • Proven ability to create interfaces that are visually compelling, intuitive, and conversion-driven.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, color, layout, and typography.
  • Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards (experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Calm, confident, and steady under pressure — because grace under fire is a skill here.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for social, eCommerce, or interactive digital platforms.
  • Motion design or prototyping experience in Figma or similar tools.
