We are looking for a Graphic Artist who understands that great creative lives in the details and that every piece of work represents the brand, the client, and IMG.
This role is ideal for a designer who is production-savvy, creatively sharp, and comfortable working across multiple brands, platforms, and timelines. You will work closely with our creative directors, art directors, copywriters, account teams, and production partners to bring ideas to life with precision and consistency.
What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for executing creative across a wide range of projects while maintaining brand standards and quality expectations. You will take direction well, manage multiple projects, and deliver clean, accurate work on deadline.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and producing creative assets across digital, social, print, OOH, and internal materials
- Executing layouts, typography, and visual systems that align with brand standards
- Preparing production-ready files with proper specs, formats, and version control
- Collaborating with creative leadership to refine concepts and executions
- Supporting campaigns from concept through final delivery
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Applying feedback accurately and efficiently without ego
- Ensuring consistency across all creative deliverables
- Maintaining organized files, naming conventions, and project documentation
- Supporting photo, video, and motion graphics teams as needed
- Upholding IMG’s quality standards so nothing leaves the building unfinished or sloppy
This role requires someone who respects process, values accuracy, and understands that great design is both creative and disciplined.

Experience & Skills
- 2 to 5 years of graphic design experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience designing for both digital and print environments
- Solid understanding of production standards and file preparation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy
- Agency or fast-paced in-house experience is a plus
